Pharmaceutical Testing: Dissolution Testing Services:

Boston Analytical provides dissolution testing services and analysis utilizing over a dozen USP Apparatus I and II Dissolution systems that can be operated in either manual or automated sampling modes.

One dissolution system is directly connected to a Beckman Spectrophotometer for real time UV-spec analysis. This system utilizes a flow-through process that enables each vessel to be analyzed every five minutes with dissolution media returned to the vessels after readings have been made.

Other sample collection systems are also available. They have the ability to collect samples from six or twelve dissolution vessels with up to 24 sampling intervals. Sample sizes range from 1 ml to 10 ml and can be collected for spectrophotometric or HPLC analysis.
