When you become a client, you will receive a dedicated project manager who will be your single point of contact. Your project manager will aide you in identifying what is best for you and your company and will provide assistance with whatever you need. Many of our product managers started their career in the laboratory as an analyst, so they know the testing services you'll be requesting from all angles.

Aiding our client service is the fact that we employ the Labware LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) and ELN (Electronic Laboratory Notebook) software systems. Because our Analysts are able to electronically document their findings, you are ensured compliant, correct, and quality data. Our recently installed customer interface allows you to view your results online, at your own convenience. Plus, the LIMS/ELN system offers us the flexibility to accommodate new requests and implement new requirements with ease.
